Since it launched in 2011, The Cares Family has built five local charities to help tackle loneliness and bring people together: North London CaresSouth London CaresManchester CaresLiverpool Cares and East London Cares.

It launched national project The Multiplier last January to help deepen its impact by providing an opportunity for local leaders to adapt, grow and multiply their initiatives that also have this aim. Over five years, The Multiplier will invest in 50 people building bridges in their communities.
