Resources for charities and not-for-profit organisations: CharityComms, a membership network for communications professionals working in UK charities

Charity Comms, a membership network for communications professionals working in UK charities, has some great resources that can be applied to all aspects of running a charity or not-for-profit.

Although you have to become a member (see rates below) to participate in events and networking meetings, many articles and resources are free to access, including:

o How to discover a new way of storytelling by using agile and innovative ideas.
o Finding corporate partnerships that work,
o
Pivoting a team to working with agility in lockdown: tips from experience, and
o How to #ReclaimSocial during a pandemic. #ReclaimSocial is a campaign to make social media more positive and inspiring.

The Charity Comms website is attractively presented and easy to navigate and, while membership prices may be prohibitive for some charities (Individuals: £92+VAT annually, Organisations: rates start £110+VAT annually, and Corporates: rates start at £368+VAT annually), there’s certainly enough free-to-access information to warrant keeping CharityComms on your radar.
