“The Torbay Community Development Trust (TCDT) is recruiting a full-time Operations Manager to create an enabling and efficient environment for its team of 50 staff.
“The TCDT supports voluntary and community activity across the three towns of Torbay and is the local voluntary sector infrastructure organisation.
“We build the capacity of local groups, deliver a substantial community development programme and implement specific projects to support our more vulnerable residents.
“The charity also administers grant funds and secures partnership funding for various organisations in the Bay.
“Our annual expenditure is between £1.5 and £2 million. Our team is passionate, enthusiastic and committed. We respond to the communities’ needs swiftly and fearlessly.
