Torbay Community Development Trust, which has the overarching aim of creating better communication across Torbay, actively encouraging local involvement and decision making in improving the area, as well as developing and supporting volunteering opportunities of the highest standards, is currently seeking to recruit a Systemic Change Partner (scroll down to the foot of the page) to work at the heart of an exciting approach to change in Torbay.
The post, which is a fixed-term contract or secondment until 31 Dec 2023, comes with a salary of £40-£45k per annum, depending on experience. Job sharing is welcomed. The deadline for applications is 9am on Monday 21 February 2022.
