The role is remote, with flexible hours and requires 8 hours per week for the 12-month duration of the project.
It is essential that the candidate has experience of administrating an ESF project.
Ideally the candidate will have experience in working on Special Educational Needs or Disability (i.e. SEND) projects or have knowledge in this area.
Job functions include:
o To establish sound, compliant and efficient administrative systems in support of the delivery of Access Cornwall training and employability programme.
o To provide financial, organisational, secretarial and administrative support to ensure the efficient running of Access Cornwall.
o To ensure that the data administration for the project is accurately and efficiently recorded.
o To develop/utilize administrative systems to meet needs in order to meet contractual obligations.
o To assist with the organisation of meetings and events (including digital events).
o To provide the secretariat for Access Cornwall meetings and to ensure COVID-19 compliance.
o To assist with PR and communications information and enquiries, and
o To assist with administrative support around ESF marketing activities.
