“Millfields Inspired is a charity established and supported by the Millfields Community Economic Development Trust (Millfields Trust) an established and respected social enterprise operating in the Stonehouse neighbourhood.

“The Charity’s highly regarded Widening Horizons programme has been delivered into the seven primary schools in Stonehouse for the last 13 years. There is an opportunity to join our small but active team to coordinate and deliver the Charity’s programmes and in particular, the Widening Horizons programme.

“We are looking for someone who has strong organisational and communication skills, balanced with the ability to work with primary aged children, their teachers, teaching assistants and business leaders. Quite a mix!

Desirable qualities

Strong organisational skills, a good working knowledge of safeguarding and an understanding of child protection. Above all, this person must have natural, confident communication skills, enjoy working with children and equally be assured around high-level business executives.
