Totnes Caring, a charity providing services to the vulnerable, predominately older people, living in Totnes, Devon and its surrounding areas, is currently seeking to recruit a part-time Social Prescribing Link Worker.

JOB OPPORTUNITY – PART-TIME SOCIAL PRESCRIBING LINK WORKER at TOTNES CARING
“Would you like to support individuals to identify, communicate and achieve their aspirations for better lives?
“Working across both GP and community settings, you will use the social prescribing model to help people find appropriate community and non-clinical solutions to their needs; to reduce their social isolation and improve their health and wellbeing.
o Salary: £12,352 per annum.
o Hours: 18.5 hours per week.
