Sound Communities, a Paignton, Devon based award winning Community Interest Company that specialises in reaching marginalised young people to engage, create and consult using radio, music and creative media production, is currently seeking to recruit to the post of Head of Alternative Provision.
This is a full-time, 37.5 hours per week position with a salary of between £35,000 and £38,000 per annum depending on experience.
The Head of Alternative Provision will lead on Sound Communities’ work with partner schools as well as its on-site provision, overseeing all aspects of the referral and reporting processes, implementing all curriculum structure, coordinating staffing and timetables, as well as being able to deliver high quality sessions to young people as and when required.
