Torbay Community Development Trust (TCDT) is currently seeking to recruit a full-time Programme Development Manager to manage TCDT programmes and projects, and to develop new and exciting opportunities for the Trust.

“Exciting opportunity for a charity sector Programme Development Manager in Torbay
o Salary: £35,000 per annum.

“We are seeking an individual who can put the community first, is committed to supporting and developing programmes that will make a difference to our communities, is skilled in project planning, budget management and contracting – and wants to make a difference in Torbay. If you have experience working in sectors that would extend our social development work – for example, environmental sustainability / climate action or wealth building / creating social value that would strengthen your application.
“TCDT supports voluntary and community activity across the three towns of Torbay and is the local voluntary sector infrastructure organisation. We build the capacity of local groups, deliver a substantial community development programme and implement specific projects to support our more vulnerable residents. The charity also administers grant funds and secures partnership funding for various organisations in the Bay. Annual expenditure is between £1.5 and £2 million.
