Job Opportunity: Conservation Officer (full-time, 5 year fixed term contract) sought for the Life on the Edge project, South Devon (application deadline: 10th April 2024)

South Devon National Landscape has been awarded a grant of £2,246,965 by the National Lottery Heritage Fund for the delivery phase of its Life on the Edge project. One of its partner organisations, Buglife, is now seeking to recruit a Conservation Officer.

Life on the Edge is a 5-year project which aims to work with farmers, landowners and the local community to make a difference for rare and endangered invertebrates on the South Devon coast.

The Conservation Officer post is full-time with an annual salary of £28,337.89.

The job is offered on a fixed-term contract up to 31st March 2029.

The closing date for applications is Wednesday 10th April 2024.
