Young Somerset is looking to recruit a Head of Service, to lead key teams of staff to drive innovative approaches, to take the organisation to the next level to ensure the continued success of making a difference in the lives of children and young people.
Young Somerset are seeking to appoint two Senior Safeguarding Officers who will work with the Designated Safeguarding Lead and Deputy Safeguarding Leads to ensure strong safeguarding policies, systems and support are in place across the whole organisation.
Young Somerset are looking for a qualified full-time supervisor to supervise trainee and qualified Community Wellbeing Practitioners (CWPs), helping them to develop their practice in their role.
This is a key role in our organisational redesign. The successful candidate will work closely with other Operations Managers, Service Managers and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to drive innovative approaches and take Young Somerset to the next level, to ensure continued success of the organisation in making a difference in the lives of children & young people.
