Established grant-making charity, Devon Community Foundation (DCF), which operates out of Tiverton, Devon, is currently seeking to recruit to the 3 positions summarised below.

The posts are:

1. GRANTS MANAGER

The Grants Manager sits at the heart of DCF’s work, supporting development of grants strategy and
practice and managing the day-to-day operations of our grant making programmes and schemes.

o Reports to Head of Grants.
o Hours: 3-4 days a week (22.5 – 30 hours per week Monday – Thursday).
o Grade: Manager.
o Salary: £28,000 FTE.
o Location: Devon, Hybrid Office/Home Working.
o Contract: Permanent.

2. GRANTS AND ENGAGEMENT OFFICER

This is a new role to help the Foundation develop and deliver more accessible and participative grant making.

o Reports to: Head of Grants or Grants Manager.
o Hours: 4 days a week (30 hours per week Monday – Thursday).
o Grade: Officer.
o Salary: £24,000 – 25,000 FTE.
o Location: Devon, Hybrid Office/Home /Off site Working – requires travel across the county and
some occasional evening and weekend work.
o Contract: Permanent.

3. COMMUNICATIONS AND MARKETING MANAGER

The Communications and Marketing Manager will be a new core member of the Foundation’s team and will play a pivotal role in its fund development and donor care, as well as the Foundation’s general external communications and engagement.

o Reports to: Head of Development and Philanthropy.
o Hours: 4 days a week, flexible working available (30 hours per week Monday – Thursday).
o Salary: £30,000 FTE.
o Grade: Manager.
o Location: Devon, Hybrid Office/Home Working.
o Contract: Permanent.
