Devon Communities Together (DCT), the Rural Community Council for Devon, is an independent charity engaged in a wide range of projects and services that support its vision of dynamic Devon communities shaping their own futures.
Devon Communities Together is currently recruiting to a number of exciting new roles, all of which will help us to plan and deliver impactful projects and services, designed to support people and communities throughout Devon.

(i) Project Managers x 2
We are increasing our management team and are recruiting for 2 full time, experienced and motivated Project Managers to help deliver our portfolio of services to Devon’s communities.
We would welcome applications from people especially with Community Development, Regeneration and Management backgrounds.
Our ideal candidates will have the following experience:
a) Social Enterprise or business coaching experience (12 month fixed term post), and
b) Young people, youth employment and social exclusion
An understanding of Health Inequalities in Devon would also be an advantage for either post.

(ii) Community Development Officer
Do you have the energy and enthusiasm to support Devon’s people and communities? Our newest Community Development Officer will deliver a portfolio of projects, including frontline work with communities.
You will be adaptable and innovative, with a ‘can do’ attitude. You will need to be:
o Passionate about asset based community development.
o Brilliant at communicating, and
o A great organiser and self-starter.
