eBay’s Charity Connect is a FREE 12-week training programme to help charities raise more money through online retail.
Specifically, participants can look forward to:
Onboarding Support – supporting charity retailers not yet trading on eBay to get started on the platform.
Training & Education – eBay specialists will deliver a comprehensive training programme to guide you through everything you need to know about selling on eBay. This includes training from external consultants and service providers in topics helpful to drive awareness of your eBay store, like advertising and social media. Training will be via webinars, virtual 1:1 and group training and self-learning materials.
Ongoing Support – a dedicated customer support team will provide technical and strategic guidance, conducting regular check-ups on the health and performance of each charity’s eBay business.
Store Subscription – participants will receive a complimentary one-year Shop subscription, which offers promotional tools, shipping supplies and other perks.
Marketing & PR – where possible and appropriate, participants will have the chance to gain exposure through social media promotions and PR for select charity sellers.
The deadline for applications is 23:59 on Friday 4th November 2022. Applications submitted beyond this date will not be considered. Please note that once you have submitted your application, you will not be able to return to it and revise your answers.
