Early May 2024 training sessions at Spark Somerset: (1) An Introduction to Social Impact Measurement; and (2) Corporate Fundraising – creating a compelling case for support

Spark Somerset, a registered charity (no. 1179438) that supports and champions Somerset’s voluntary and community organisations to help change lives and build healthy, resilient communities, is currently offering the following two online training opportunities for staff and volunteers from Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprise (VCFSE) organisations and groups in Somerset:

1. Lunch & Learn: an introduction to social impact measurement (free to attend)

The first is a Lunch and Learn workshop on the subject of measuring your organisation’s social impact, and will take place between 1pm and 2pm on Wednesday 1st May 2024 via Microsoft Teams. 

This bite-sized session is free to attend  and will explore the benefits of social impact measurement and how you can develop a Theory of Change. The session is facilitated by the REFLECT RECOVER RENEW project.

2. Corporate Fundraising: creating a compelling case for support (fee: £15.00 per attendee)

This is a 2-hour, in-depth look into how you can create a compelling fundraising proposition for your organisation.

The workshops, which will be led by Julia Worthington, MInstF (Dip), from AMBER CONSULTING is scheduled for 1pm – 3pm on Thursday 9th May 2024 on Microsoft Teams.

Please note that there is a fee of £15.00 per person to attend this workshop.
