o Bespoke and specialist support following diagnosis of the main organisational requirement.
o Access to a team of specialists in key skills areas, and
o A mentoring process with a clear, bespoke action plan.

Support will be provided in four areas:

1. Project review, business modelling.
2. Measuring and managing impact.
3. Good financial management; and
4. Strategic fundraising support.

The deadline for applications is 5pm on 20 September 2021. Eligible applicants will then be shortlisted and advised of the outcome of their application week commencing 27 September 2021.
