Launched in 2021 by the Ardonagh Community Trust (ACT), the Bright Future Prize empowers and invests in the next generation of leaders and innovators – exceptional young people who are committed to driving positive change and inspiring others around the world.
The deadline for applications is Friday 20th December 2024 with winners expected to be announced in March 2025.
The opportunity is open to young people aged 15-21, who live anywhere The Ardonagh Group has a presence, including:
o Australia.
o Austria.
o Bermuda.
o Brazil.
o France.
o Germany.
o Greece.
o Italy.
o Ireland.
o Netherlands.
o Portugal.
o Singapore.
o South Africa.
o Switzerland, and the
o United Kingdom.
Each of the 4 prize categories connect to a different way young people can make a difference to the world around them. A short video explaining the Bright Future Prize 2025 is available on the Ardonagh Community Trust (ACT) website.
The winners of each categories will share a £40,000 prize fund to help make their bright idea for a community project a reality. The 4 categories are:
1. Your Community – making a difference to the people and society around you.
2. Your Planet – protecting the environment and taking a stand against climate change.
3. Your Vision – driving positive change through technology, innovation or entrepreneurship, and
4. Your Passion – empowering more people to access what you love, sport, music, the arts or beyond.

ACT also has a Community Grant programme, through which Ardonagh colleagues around the world can apply for up to £5,000, or equivalent local currency, towards a cause close to their hearts. More details about the Community Grants scheme can be found at this LINK.
