Lottery operators start to reopen established grant programmes following COVID-19

Recent announcements by the National Lottery Heritage Fund and the National Lottery Community Fund indicate that their COVID-19 Emergency and Response funding phase is drawing to a close and that their regular grant programmes are re-opening to applications. 

The National Lottery Heritage Fund currently offers the following grant programmes:

o National Lottery Grants for Heritage
o Heritage Recovery and Resilience Loans

o Funding for organisations and individuals in Northern Ireland
o Funding for organisations in Wales
o Digital Skills and Business Support funding, and the
o Shared History Fund.

The National Lottery Community Fund has re-opened the following schemes to general applications:

o Awards for All.
o Reaching Communities, and
o Partnerships.

Grants provided by the other Lottery Operators, Sport England and the Arts Council England, continue to respond to the sizable impact COVID has had on communities.
