Job Vacancy: The Amber Foundation is currently seeking to recruit a Data and Evaluation Project Manager

The Amber Foundation, a charity based at Ashley Court, Chawleigh, Devon and with other centres in Wiltshire and Surrey, that offers residential support to young people in crisis, is currently recruiting for the following posts. 1. Job Title: Data and Evaluation Project Manager

o Location: home based with some travel requirements.
o Hours: full-time, fixed term contract until November 2022.
o Salary: up to £35k, depending on experience

We are looking for someone to lead on an exciting project to redesign our approach to data, impact and evaluation as part of fully funded project. Amber’s cause is to help some of the most vulnerable young homeless and unemployed people to develop the confidence and skills needed to move on to bright and independent futures. We achieve this through our holistic residential training programme. It is important that you have a real commitment to the aspirations of the people who use Amber’s services and place these at the centre of everything you do.

2. Job Title: Support Worker – contracted and bank staff

o Location: All Amber Centres – Chawleigh in Devon, Trowbridge in Wiltshire, Ockley in Surrey.
o Hours: the Foundation offer a variety of shifts and flexible working patterns on a contracted or casual basis including weekends, day shifts and sleep in shifts. £67.22 per shift + sleep in allowance for night shift as detailed below

Day Shift – 9.00am to 5.30pm
Night Shift – 5pm – 9.00am.

Waking hours 5.00pm – 11.00pm and 7.30am – 9.00am with some flexibility.
Sleeping hours 11.00pm – 7.30am. £74.12 sleep in allowance.

Closing Date: ongoing
