o Home-based: possible ‘hot desk’ available in Truro (as Covid 19 restrictions allow).
o Part time: 21 hours per week.
o Annual salary: £ 13,500 plus pension
o Start date: 1st September 2020
o Contract to: Aug 31st 2021
Transformation Cornwall is seeking to recruit an experienced Project Worker for its work with faith based social action projects across Cornwall.
The Project Worker will be part of a small team working closely with the Project Manager and part time Admin Worker.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate:
o A strong track record of developing/ writing/advising on successful funding applications.
o The ability to provide 1:1 support to groups developing and strengthening social action projects, and
o The ability to work collaboratively with people at all levels including with church leaders, congregation members, public sector officers, volunteers and local communities.
A key element of this post is to assist in fundraising for Transformation Cornwall including identifying appropriate funders and financial supporters as well as helping to work on core funding bids.
