Bringing Clarity to the Future of Apprenticeships Conference 2018
08:30-13:30, Friday 30 November 2018
Sandy Park, Exeter.
Two years on from the hugely informative and successful 2016 Apprenticeship Conference held at Sandy Park, the Apprenticeship landscape continues to shape and evolve.
Apprenticeship Training is a vital pathway to skills development in the South West. Wherever employers may be in their Apprenticeship programme journey – at the very beginning, middle or through the set up period – many questions about Levy funding, professional pathways, off the job requirements, expansion and recruitment, remain.
This event will explore the latest updates on Apprenticeships at a National and Regional Level.
As well as guest speakers drawn from employers, education, awarding and professional bodies, and skills, there will be the opportunity to attend technical breakout sessions to find out more in a workshop format – these include sessions on End Point Assessment, working with the 20% off the job requirement and effectively utilising the employer levy for new and existing staff. More opportunities will be announced nearer the time.
The Conference brings Apprenticeship experts from education, government, professional bodies and local employers to inform, inspire and clarify. There will also be an opportunity to attend themed break out sessions and also put your questions to an esteemed panel of technical experts.
Refreshments and a buffet lunch are provided.
